The services provided by IT Desk (UK) are designed to offer those of an IT department to small and medium sized businesses.  This means that IT Desk (UK) can act as a remote IT Manager who can still be onsite within 4 hours to deal with a Business Critical Fault*.  Whilst providing this services to our clients we can save them money when compared to having an in-house IT Department or Manager.  Our fees are lower than paying salaries, we require less resources and save businesses time and money on HR and training.


At IT Desk (UK) we pride ourselves on the high quality service we provide to our clients along with our friendly personal approach which makes clients feel comfortable when working with us.  We can provide a 24 hours a day, 7 days a week service to ensure that all problems can be solved quickly and efficiently no matter what time they may happen.  The 24/7 service also allows any maintenance that may cause computer "downtime" to be carried out at a time most suited to our clients.
A remote access service is also available which reduces the callout time and cost for smaller, software based, problems.
