Ideal for small businesses with a small IT requirement but want the same dedicated IT support of a large company.
Bronze PLUS Support Package CLICK TO EXPAND
Like the Bronze support package the Bronze PLUS operates on a pay as you go basis. However for a small monthly fee this package includes remote assistance (where available), email and telephone support.
Silver Support Package CLICK TO EXPAND
This package is aimed at businesses who want to control theit IT costs more productively by purchasing a block of 10 or more hours of support. Hours are redeemable against an on-site support or in our own in-house workshop*.
The call-out charge is reduced along with the overall hourly rate by purchasing in blocks of 10 hours.
*Covers labour charges. Excludes parts and software.
Gold Support Package CLICK TO EXPAND
For businesses who are dependent on their IT to be running 24/7. This support package is aimed at customers who require constant monitoring and support of their IT systems. The price of this package is tailored to your individual requirements.
Gold support packages entitle you to further reductions in hourly charges outside of the agreement along with reductions, where possible, on hardware and software.
Gold support also offers you priority response times to meet your demands. FREE support will also be offered through remote assistance (where available), email and telephone.
